Unique, specialized tours of London to places associated with the professional or any other interest of a particular group.

Diana Heller, a Blue Badge* guide licensed by the London tourist Board, will take small groups united by a common interest from the United States to London for a visit of approximately one week. No other company offers bespoke tours with such attention to detail, expertise, originality and comfort.

> After panoramic bus tours to acquaint the group with the lie of the land and visits to major sites for a basic understanding of the city's history and culture the group will visit places associate with their particular interest. These will include, for instance, the Royal Courts of Justice, Parliament, and trial courts on a legal tour and buildings ranging from the medieval Guildhall to the latest structures of Future Systems and Richard Rogers on an architectural one. Each tour will include theatre, galleries, and night life, on and off the beaten track.

> Restriction to small groups allows visits to institutions not usually open to the public in order to witness their operation and to meet the people involved. Entrée to trials, discussion with barristers, judges and probation officers and dining in Hall at one of the Inns of Court are integral to a legal tour. Attendance at an RIBA lecture and visits to the interiors of buildings and meetings at architects' offices characterize an architectural tour. Each tour includes talks by experts, social events and opportunities to meet Londoners engaged in the field in question.

Here the emphasis is on the history of the medieval community in the City, its return after a 265 year hiatus and its acceptance into London society as exemplified by Disraeli and the Rothschild family. It continues with life at the other extreme, as waves of immigrants from eastern Europe settle in the East End, become involved with business, theatre and politics and move outwards, onwards and upwards. The group will visit associated sites by bus and on foot. A wealth of material within London and in outlying areas includes recent archeological finds in the City, the medieval Jewish quarter of Lincoln, 17th century Bevis Marks synagogue, the Freud Museum, Marx Memorial Library and the Saatchi Gallery. The group will attend services, enjoy the hospitality of members of the community, hear experts on medieval texts at the British library, the Rothschild collection of 18th arts at Waddesden manor and the involvement of the community in the current political and cultural life of London.
